Bean-Bag Bop
Bean-Bag games, music activities and songs to promote musicality, listening and learning.
These bean-bag songs, musical games, chants and music activities are designed to help children develop a love of music, dance, drama and strong music skills and knowledge. The bean-bag games facilitate abilities to listen and play rhythmically. The songs and music games can be used in all areas of learning from mathematics to science. Sticks and stones are used as instruments woven into a full orchestral score. Children can be the conductor or play their stones, sticks or maracas in the appropriate place within the music. Children learn where each note of the major scale is positioned in relation to their own body in the pitch song.
